Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation to understand your goals and what’s getting in the way. No diagnosis needed.
Personalized Skills Plan

Our Clinical Team builds a plan around real, day-to-day goals, focused on the specific skills that will help most.
Skills Sessions Begin

Sessions happen where they work best: at home, at school, in the community, in the office, or on video*.
Ongoing Family Support

When appropriate, we coach parents and caregivers so new skills get reinforced between sessions.
Progress & Next Steps

We review your plan on a set schedule (every 90 days for children, 120 for adults) to make sure progress is happening and goals stay relevant.
